Gaskets cushion the stress between spoiler and tonneau. Drilling is required but with included silicone caulk leaks to the pickup bed can be prevented. All installation hardware included. NOTE: For Most Pickups (except Dodge listed below) attaches to hard tonneaus. For 2002-2008 Dodge RAM SRT and Daytona, attaches to top of bed side walls.
